Why "Repack Your Backpack?"

I have the privilege of working as a Personal Coach for Peak Performers. The people who hire me are super achievers, and they are inspriring on many fronts. However, it doesn't matter if you are a star athlete, a Wall Street wizard, or a Corporate CEO. Whoever you are, your life is bigger than your livelihood. In order to achieve balance and a great quality of life, it is important to make sure that you are in control of your own "backpack." We all carry around an invisible backpack, and in it are all of the thoughts, beliefs and emotions (TBE's) that determine our realities. Many of those TBE's are things we never conscsiously decided to embrace. Nonetheless, they weigh us down or propel us forward, depending on how empowering they are. We have the choice to change what is in our backpack and thus, change our lives. That is the purpose of this blog. To stay inspired, to discover, to release and to repack. I'm on this journey too. I don't want to stay the same. I want to exchange my heavy rocks for apples of gold. When I do I'll say even more often, "I've got something. I'm going somewhere, and things change when I get there!" Please, join me!
